Gearing Up For The WebSphere Technical Exchange Next Week, ORD Tonite
The WebSphere
Technical Exchange is coming
up fast. It will be interesting to put myself into a different mode of
thinking, and to become a sponge to absorb as much as possible. I will
be catching of with Peter
Santoro, the IBM Software Services for WebSphere East Region Manager.
Peter recruited me into Lotus Professional Services back in 1999 and I
have not seen him since 2001. It will be good to catch up. I also hope
to be having dinner with another former LPS colleague and his wife, as
well as with my nephew who just relocated back to San Francisco. Meanwhile,
I am off to Chicago tonite to get my hands wet in the
NSFDB2 world. Hopefully it is
warmer there than it is here. Soon I will be back to regular posting as
my life settles into its new rhythm, starting with a backlog of book reviews.
