Permalink When Eye-Tee Meet Tee-Vee

College football kicked off for me this past Saturday. I was back in the booth at UGA as stage manager for Lincoln Financial Sports (formerly know as JP Sports). Early in the game I had to do a double take. One of my customers, Titan Technology Partners out of Charlotte, NC, is the new down and distance sponsor (Their logo gets superimposed on the field 4 times a game). How successful is this type of advertising do you ask? Consider what a colleague at Titan told me today:

You know, seeing that on TV during the game just gave me chills!!!  You wouldn't believe the emails we have received from friends, employees, clients...incredible.  Mike Vadini is so pleased with the response, he is advertising for the ACC games too.

It is pretty cool to see a customer growing. Way to go Titan!

Now why did I say "Eye-Tee"? Because the sponsorship read card had to be written that way so the talent would not accidentally say "it" if they saw "IT" on the card.
