More FUD (and factual misstatements) from Microsoft Partner

Fellow FUD Fighter Chris Linfoot reports receiving a letter from a Microsoft Gold Partner loaded with factual misstatements and FUD, such as "When IBM announced its intention to migrate Lotus to WebSphere, and your entire infrastructure would need upgrading with it, the writing was on the wall. Since then, your support costs have probably grown.You recognise that Notes isn't the collaboration platform it once was. The number of your applications is escalating.
